Marguerite Aynès is admitted to the Paris Bar (2008) and the New York Bar (2009).
She assists companies and their managers in litigation before the civil and commercial courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. In particular, she is involved in complex business law litigation, for French and international companies, and in serial litigation and arbitration.
Career
She represents major players in the industrial (pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, aviation, defence), finance, cryptofinance and insurance, telecommunications, construction, and sports sectors.
Before co-founding Grandjean Avocats with Thomas Lambard and Jean-Pierre Grandjean, she practiced for nearly ten years as an associate and then Counsel at Clifford Chance, this experience being preceded by two years in another international law firm.

Marguerite is a board member of Droit & Procédure (Law & Procedure Association), a member of the French Arbitration Committee of the ICC and the French Association for Arbitration (AFA), as well as the American Bar Association.
