Thomas specialises in banking and finance law, general contract law and shipping transactions. Thomas represents Danish and international banks and corporates in connection with finance and other banking matters as well as restructurings, including, in particular, investment grade lending, leverage finance, structured finance, finance tenders and ship finance. Thomas also advises Danish and international companies on general contract law and shipping transactions.
From 1999 to 2002, Thomas managed Kromann Reumert's London office and is a member of Kromann Reumert's international committee with particular focus on London and New York. Thomas is currently a member of the firm's Board of Directors.
