Peter Ketelsen

Practice Areas

Peter Ketelsen specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transaction-related stock exchange law, company law, fund regulation, and general commercial law. Peter advises Danish and international industrial and financial businesses as well as private equity funds on the sale and purchase of businesses, including by auction and through minority investments. He also advises on business combinations and joint ventures. His company law-related work includes articles of association, and capital and shareholder matters.

Peter has advised on privatisation processes and succession, as well as the regulation of commercial foundations, and general commercial law matters such as cooperation agreements.

Career

Peter became a partner in 1997.
