Thomas Hendershot

Career

Tom Hendershot focuses his practice on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and leveraged buyouts.

Tom also counsels clients on general corporate law and the resolution of day-to-day legal issues. He has worked with early stage and mature companies in a variety of sectors, including computer software and hardware, e-commerce, mobile advertising and other mobile applications, web services and platforms, education, life sciences, healthcare IT and services, cyber security and intelligence, medical devices and government contracting.
