Thomas Hendershot

Career

Tom Hendershot focuses his practice on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and leveraged buyouts.

Tom also counsels clients on general corporate law and the resolution of day-to-day legal issues. He has worked with early stage and mature companies in a variety of sectors, including computer software and hardware, e-commerce, mobile advertising and other mobile applications, web services and platforms, education, life sciences, healthcare IT and services, cyber security and intelligence, medical devices and government contracting. Tom also serves as outside general counsel to non-profit entities in the Northern Virginia area.
