Tom is also known for his expertise in financial provision for children, applications under TLATA 1996, and Inheritance Act disputes. Particularly regarded for his legal analysis, strategic and forensic acumen. Tom has experience at all levels of tribunal, including in the Business and Property courts, and is regularly led as junior counsel both in and out of chambers.
