Thomas GIACCARDI specialises in business law (banking, financial, corporate, company, commercial, real estate, property, construction law, wealth management), with a particular emphasis on criminal business law, complex transactions and transnational litigation (including procedures for mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, extradition).

Career

Thomas GIACCARDI was admitted to the Monaco Bar in 1999 and founded his law firm the same year, which became 99 Avocats associés.

He is a former Member of the Monegasque Parliament (2003-2008). In this capacity, he has coordinated numerous financial and company law reform laws.

He was elected Chairman of the Monaco Bar (2021-2023).
