In 2004, together with other lawyers, Thomas Frad founded KWR Karasek Wietrzyk Attorneys-​at-Law and has been working for this law firm ever since. Since 2009, he has also been the managing partner of this law firm. During his studies, Thomas Frad was chairman of the Austrian Student Union. After completing his studies and the court year, he worked as a trainee and subsequently as a lawyer, in a large internationally active law firm.
