Tom has over 15 years of experience working for a diverse range of clients in family law, including leaders in business, the arts, and sport.

Tom’s work spans complex international disputes to regular UK family work. He has extensive experience in negotiating advantageous settlements outside of court, and in litigating disputes when necessary. At the other end of the spectrum, he has developed a specialism in protecting wealth through the drafting of and advising on pre-nuptial agreements, often with an international or novel element.

Tom has a wealth of experience in resolving disputes concerning children, from arrangements concerning day to day care to more complex cases where a child’s welfare may be at risk.

Career

Tom studied law at the London School of Economics and spent 10 years at leading City firm Charles Russell Speechlys before joining Vaitilingam Kay in 2018. He is a member of Resolution and in 2020 achieved the professional accolade of being ranked in Chambers.
