Sara has broad experience in all aspects of family law, with a particular interest and expertise in complex children’s issues.
Before becoming a solicitor, Sara worked on the domestic violence helpline at Women’s Aid. This gave her a unique insight into issues such as coercive control and domestic abuse in relationships.

Sara has previously worked on complicated, high-profile financial cases, playing a key role in successfully appealing to the Supreme Court over a wife’s application for a financial remedy 20 years after her divorce was granted.

Sara trained and worked in the family law team at Mischon de Reya LLP for over 5 years before joining us in 2015. She studied Politics at Bristol University and took her professional examinations at Birmingham College of Law, gaining a distinction. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011.
