We have solid reputation in advising creditors (including bondholders, official and ad hoc creditor committees, financial institutions and trustees), investors, debtors, shareholders, managers and strategic partners in all types of recapitalization, refinancing, extrajudicial restructuring, structured transactions, judicial and extrajudicial reorganization, bankruptcy liquidation and insolvency-related litigation, including collection and enforcement actions and foreclosure on collateral.

We have acted in several transnational insolvency cases, having advised clients in connection with cases in other jurisdictions, including the United States (Chapter 15 and former section 304 of the US Bankruptcy Act), Australia, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Madeira Island and the United Kingdom.
