Therese Kemp

Therèse Kemp is authorised to appear before the Supreme Court and is a leading figure in providing legal advice on succession, large private estates, divorce, prenuptial agreements, visitation cases, and residence and custody cases. In inheritance law, she works daily with wills, including complex succession cases, and represents heirs in major inheritance disputes. She also regularly handles private and authorised estates, including those abroad and companies.

As an authorised estate administrator at the District Court in Lyngby, Therèse handles complex matrimonial probate cases. Therèse is also a trained mediator with experience in conflict resolution. She is particularly known for devising favourable solutions for the parties involved, and for her ability to communicate effectively with all parties.

Therèse also has extensive experience in tort law, particularly in personal injury cases.

Therèse has taught at the University of Copenhagen for a number of years and is a regular lecturer for Advokaternes HR. She has also worked as a lecturer for the Danish Bar and Law Society and the Danish Chamber of Commerce on succession and private law in general for several years.
