Theodore Pistiolis is Managing Partner at Andersen Legal Greece.

Theodore is a prominent corporate practitioner in Athens with exceptional credentials in the TMT, Energy, and Construction sectors. Among his clients are top public and private sector energy and utility companies, all top tier construction groups, elite venture capital funds, international software houses, multinationals and consumer companies.

Theodore has standout expertise in the high-profile Greek tech start-up sector; he also manages complex corporate transformation projects as well as commercial contentious and non-contentious matters. He also frequently counsels BoDs and C-Suite executives on strategic and governance issues and organizes the legal departments of major Greek and international companies.

He is appointed arbitrator to the Euroleague Basketball Dispute Resolution Chamber (EDRC).

He is member of the steering committee of ALBA Graduate Business School.

Prior, Theodore was legal counsel to the Greek Minister of Trade of Commerce where he held a hands-on role in legislative initiatives, specializing in public tenders, competition and intellectual property.

Other previous engagements include working at the European Commission’s energy arm, where he specialized in the homogenization of electricity and gas networks, and as a public relations counsel to the Greek Ministry of Defense. Theodore’s sought-after advice has helped his clients succeed in transactions and in court since the firm’s inception
