His professional career demonstrates remarkably strong ability and proven history in coordinating successfully major projects (incl. mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, antitrust/e-comms/GDPR and other compliance, public tenders, digital dividend auctions, market liberalizations, etc.). He has also proven multi-jurisdictional experience as Head of Legal and Regulatory in diverse countries and markets, representing clients before national and EU authorities, agencies and courts.
