Thaís has been at the firm since 2005. She advises clients on contentious and transactional matters related to construction and infrastructure projects, including pre-contractual project feasibility review; contractual model selection; structuring; review and negotiation of construction contracts; contract management; and contract-related national and international judicial and arbitral disputes, as well as other alternative dispute resolution methods (such as mediation, dispute boards and expert determination).
