She has over 20 years’ experience acting for sponsors and lenders (commercial banks, multilaterals, ECAs) in Italy and abroad, on project finance and other funding structures in the energy and infrastructure sector. Tessa also leads the Linklaters’ European buyer credit practice and has extensive experience in the sector, including consulting on the LMA buyer credit precedent and advising ECAs on their standard documentation.
