Terrence R. O'Donnell

Special Counsel Terrence O’Donnell is a member of Milbank’s Global Capital Markets Group and has over 15 years of experience advising on cross-border capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across the Asia region and elsewhere, with particular focus on Southeast Asia and China. Terrence regularly advises issuers and underwriters in a variety of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including high-yield bonds, investment grade and sovereign bonds, liability management transactions, initial public offerings, rights issuances and share placements. In the M&A and private equity space, Terrence has extensive experience advising companies, investment banks and investment funds on their acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other general corporate matters as well as with their financing activities, including pre-IPO financings, PIPEs and restructurings.
