Terje Gulbrandsen

Terje Gulbrandsen heads our M&A department and is an M&A specialist, with an emphasis on company and contract law. He has broad experience advising on domestic and international transactions (public, private and PE). In addition to his law degree, he holds a Master of Business and Economics. Terje further has extensive experience advising on capital market transactions, including IPOs and other offerings. He is also part of SANDS’ forensic services team, and assists clients with corporate law and transaction related investigations.
