Nicolai Skridshol

Nicolai Skridshol is head of our Investigation and Compliance department. He is also an experienced specialist in dispute resolution and litigation. He has extensive experience with Norwegian and international anti-corruption work. Nicolai advises major corporations, organisations and public institutions, in their preventative and detective investigations in numerous jurisdictions in Asia, Africa, Europe and Brazil, and he has led several large teams consisting of Norwegian and foreign investigators, digital data forensic experts, lawyers, and other specialists.

In addition, Nicolai assists private and public clients with handling suspicions of objectionable and wrongful circumstances, handling of whistleblowing cases and other situations where there is a need to investigate factual circumstances.

Nicolai assists private and public sector clients with their compliance work, hereunder their anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, human right work (Transparency Act), the Taxonomy, and the CSRD.
