Tatsuo Yamashima is a co-head of the firm’s labour and employment team. He regularly deals with the Labour Standards Inspection Office on compliance matters and in responding to its inquiries. He also often appears before the Tokyo Labour Relations Commission, the Tokyo Labour Bureau and the Tokyo District Court on matters concerning unfair labour practices, employment status and harassment.
