Ms. Yufu heads the firm’s antitrust team, advising on international and domestic cartel investigations, civil enforcements and defence against criminal prosecutions. She also advises on international and domestic merger control, dominance, R&D and vertical restraints in commercial transactions. She is also well-known for her extensive knowledge of EU competition laws.
