His work is greatly appreciated by his many clients for his ability to achieve full or near-to-full recovery in debt collections and successful exits from restructuring in very difficult cases. He has extensive experience in the area of cross-border insolvency. His expertise covers a wide range of industries including banking, security brokerage, manufacturing, construction, retailing, real estate, hotel, golf resorts and fintech.
