Tania Vajsova-Jones

Tania specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and complex restructurings of companies that often include cross-border elements. She has significant experience in advising multinational clients, private equity investors and listed and non-listed companies on a wide range of high-end complex corporate and M&A matters.

Her polyvalent background, transatlantic education and experience as well as her solution-oriented mind makes her the ideal counsel for any international client looking to understand Luxembourg law and effectively tackle the complexities of juggling multi-jurisdictional deals.

Prior to joining Dupont Partners, Tania has spent almost ten years in the corporate department of Loyens & Loeff (Luxembourg). Having started her career in 2012 in the M&A department of the Paris office of Fried Frank, Tania spent the last four years of her ten years at Loyens detached in the Paris office building and maintaining business relationship.
