Tammy Arendse

Tammy has significant experience in managing and advising on the strategy for high value, complex UK direct and indirect tax disputes, and litigation, including advising clients in respect of their public law rights by way of Judicial Review. She also supports clients to achieve resolution through negotiated settlement and/or alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Tammy has significant experience in leading litigation on behalf of multinationals in relation to UK corporation tax disputes, schedule 36 information notices as well as and defending claims to legal professional privilege.

Tammy has been a Partner in Deloitte’s Tax, Litigation, Advisory and Settlement team since June 2023.
