Tal Atsmon

Adv. Tal Atsmon manages the firm together with Adv. Levy Amitay and Adv. Aya Yoffe. In his capacity as Managing Partner, Tal handles the managerial-strategic aspects of the firm, from daily management to formulating the firm’s vision and long-term commercial strategy for the firm’s continued growth.

In addition, Tal serves Co-Head of the Tax Department (alongside Adv. Yaron Sever and Adv. Oren Biran). In this capacity, Tal, one of Israel’s top tax attorneys, advises corporate and high net worth private clients on complex Israeli and international tax matters relating to a wide range of domestic and foreign transactions.

Tal is regularly ranked as one of Israel’s recommended tax attorneys by several international guides, including Chambers and The Legal 500, as well as by local guides such as BDICode and Dun’s 100.

Tal serves as Head of the Tax Committee of the Israeli Bar Association and was a member of the International Tax Reform Committee and the Committee for Examining the Authorization and Attribution of Financing Expenses, nominated by the Director of the Israel Tax Authority to suggest tax reforms in these respective fields. Tal also serves as the tax counsel to the Israeli CFO Forum.

In addition, Tal serves as Chairman of UNICEF Israel, the Israeli branch of the most important organization in the world for child welfare. Tal is also a member of the board of "Yad MeShoham" – a foundation for the benefit of unprivileged families.
