Takashi Toichi

Takashi’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (both public and private,) and buyout transactions representing private equity sponsors. Takashi also provides wide range of advisory services to both international clients and well-known Japanese corporations on general corporate matters, such as drafting and reviewing complicated commercial contracts and advising on corporate governance and disclosure matters.
