Sylvie Lacombe

Sylvie Lacombe is a founding partner of Tetra Law and heads the firm’s Employment practice. With over 35 years of experience, she advises Belgian and international clients on the full spectrum of employment and social security law, including recruitment, (collective) dismissals, corporate reorganisations, international mobility and collective labour relations. She is widely recognised for her ability to handle complex, high-stakes matters, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, where employment, tax and corporate considerations intersect.
