She is regularly involved in international structurings and real estate transactions. Sylvia is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the International Bar Association (IBA) and serves as secretary on the board of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB). Sylvia is a member of Houthoff's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee and regularly speaks on diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace at various events.
