Ceriel advises on all fields relating to corporate tax (including tax planning) with a focus on international (re)structuring, (re)financing, tax due diligence, transaction services and reorganizations.
Ceriel graduated from the University of Rotterdam in economics (2005) whilst working as a tax advisor at Deloitte, one of the ‘big four’ accountant firms of The Netherlands. During his career Ceriel has worked within the international real estate and investment management team as well as the merger and acquisition team. From 2011 to 2014 Ceriel worked as a tax advisor at Certa Legal Tax, where he met Friggo Kraaijeveld. As of January 2014, Ceriel and Friggo founded KC Legal, a stand-alone boutique tax advisory firm with a focus on multi-national enterprises.
Since its inception, the KC brand has grown into a full service firm providing tax, corporate law, corporate litigation and accounting services. Together the services lines are known as the KC Allicance (www.kcalliance.nl) and are offered in three jurisdictions (the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Dubai) which Ceriel helpt grow to 60+ advisors, attorneys, accountants and consultants.

- The Netherlands section of the annual report “Getting the Deal Through - Tax on Inbound Investment”, (the official research partner of the IBA); and
