The, often complex, disputes have included for instance disputes related to M&A, contract manufacturing, supply agreements, directors and advisors liability, liability insurance and product liability. Sverker Bonde also sits as arbitrator in domestic and international disputes. Sverker Bonde has a background in Delphi’s M&A practice group and continues to advise clients on general commercial contracts.
