Susie also has significant experience advising trustees and insurers on risk transfer transactions.
Susie is a significant contributor to the wider industry. She is a longstanding member of the Legislative and Parliamentary Committee of the Association of Pension Lawyers and regularly engages with government and regulatory stakeholders in relation to industry developments, most recently in relation to the abolition of the Lifetime Allowance and the new provisions bringing certain pension death benefits within the scope of IHT.
