Susan Stutts counsels c private, and agency clients. Her environmental practice focuses on solid waste and water law issues, but has worked on matters including compliance and permitting under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act. Susan advises utility clients on state environmental compliance and environmental due diligence. She also represents agency clients on restoration and on disaster recovery matters, which include federal grant compliance and community outreach.
