Sue Pritchett

Sue is a senior associate in the Property team and a Licensed Conveyancer. Sue works on a broad range of property transactions in the agricultural and residential sectors and prides herself on building excellent rapport with her clients. She acts for a wide variety of clients including landed estates, farming families, private individuals, portfolio clients and charities. Much of her work involves the sale and purchase of agricultural property, as well as the sale and purchase of high net worth residential properties throughout the country, dealing with properties for sale at auctions, grants of easements, farm re-structuring including re-mortgaging.

Sue has also dealt with a number of voluntary registrations at HM Land Registry of landed estates during her time in the firm. Sue also deals with ecclesiastical property matters.

- Dealt with the sale of a major landed estate in Wiltshire.

- Part of the cross disciplinary team dealing with the sale of a Dorset Farm comprising a portfolio of residential cottages and over 1000 acres of agricultural land.

- Acted on the purchase of a working farm in Hampshire on behalf of a corporate client requiring exchange of contracts within a tight timescale.
