Stuart McCafferty

Stuart is an expert in all aspects of dispute resolution, particularly group actions and mass tort litigation. He has extensive experience in the areas of engineering, construction and telecommunications law. Stuart’s expertise extends to contractual disputes, general commercial litigation, product liability, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He has written on the topic of arbitration and is the director of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa and a member of its Management and Steering Committees. He has also received a Certificate of Commendation from the World Bank/ International Finance Corporation.
