Stewart Buckingham’s practice is focused on Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration, and encompasses international trade, shipping, insurance, international sale of goods, commercial contracts, charterparties, marine insurance, conflict of laws and interim remedies and injunctions in support of proceedings in both Court and Arbitration. He has extensive experience of appearing as an advocate under various International Arbitral rules, including LCIA and ICC, as well as in maritime and trade arbitrations in London. Stewart was shortlisted for Shipping Junior of the Year for the Legal 500 UK Awards 2020. He has been consistently ranked as a 'Leading Junior' in both the leading directories for several years.
