Steven Gasser

Steven is a co-founder and shareholder of the firm. Through his position as the Director of Family Law he has grown a reputation for his ability to distil complicated issues to meaningful results, whilst always putting his clients’ welfare at the heart of any case.

Well-known in the industry as a leading family lawyer, Steven provides pragmatic advice across a wide range of family issues. This has seen him listed as one of the UK's recommended Family law experts in the Spear's 500, as well as leading the department to a ranking in the Chambers & Partners HNW guide 2022 and the Chambers & Partners main guide 2023.

Steven is regularly instructed in high-profile cases acting for celebrities and leading individuals. He will often be required to deal with matters that have complex elements including analysing and understanding company structures, cross-jurisdictional problems and cases involving different types of Trusts.

Steven has an extensive private children law practice advising on matters involving international relocation, contact disputes and cases where allegations of domestic violence lead to fact-finding hearings.

Steven regularly works with London’s leading chambers. His approach is based squarely on empathetically understanding clients’ needs and strategically achieving the desired result.
