Stephen J. Szabo III is a partner and real estate business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He focuses his practice on the areas of commercial real estate; golf course, marina, recreation, and resort development law; leasing and finance; commercial lending; and state taxation. Steve is counsel to large residential developers of both high-end condominium projects and planned unit developments as well as assisted living communities.
