Tom Anderton Jr. is a partner in the firm's San Francisco office. He is a member of the technology, sourcing, and privacy practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Tom was a general counsel and a chief patent counsel. As a former life sciences executive, he spent a lot of his time working with other corporate executives to maximize company value and asset value. He intimately understands the business and IP needs of life science companies. He frequently works with start-ups and large organizations and understands the different requirements of each.
