Dispute Resolution: Commercial Chancery - UK

4
Band 4
Strengths

Stephen is such a good barrister because he is a very good advocate and also great with clients. Judges seem to like him. He is a really good, modern courtroom brief.

Stephen is an extremely talented advocate who produces excellent, clear and compelling written work. He's a superb tactician and someone any client would be grateful to have fighting their corner.

Stephen is a very knowledgeable counsel who continually demonstrates that he is on top of his brief from the outset and is prepared to be direct and courageous in his strategic approach.

Stephen is probably one of the best to come up with novel arguments. Cases are fun when you work with him as he has intellectual depth and is always pushing the boundaries.

Very commercial and impressively proactive, he's a formidable barrister who operates at a level beyond his years of call and is excellent with clients.
