Stephen has 20 years of experience and can deliver the full range of investment and development advice although he has a particular focus on residential, student accommodation and alternative asset projects. These projects range from advising housebuilders and land promoters on large scale housing schemes to advising institutional investors on innovative funding structures for the delivery of PRS dwellings, student accommodation and other alternative assets (often by way of income strip). Stephen also has in-depth experience in relation to development structures involving public sector commitments.
Stephen heads our residential development team in Leeds. He has experience working with a wide range of housebuilders, public sector bodies, local authorities, BTR developers and operators, RPs, master developers and investors in the residential market.
