Stephanie Glavinos serves as Senior Counsel with the firm’s Estate and Succession Planning and Administration practice, where she helps a range of clients, from individuals to businesses, with estate planning, probate estate administration, and business law matters.

Stephanie is skilled in representing high net worth clients and multi-generational families on trust, estate, and business succession planning matters. She uses her extensive experience to develop a strategic approach to finding the best solutions for each individual client’s needs. She assists clients with the administration of Ohio and Florida trusts and probate estates, and she participates in appeals before the Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Tax Court in complex estate and gift tax matters. In addition, Stephanie counsels businesses regarding organizational matters, such as formation, corporate governance, and the creation and maintenance of corporate records.

Stephanie earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law and her B.A. in History from The Ohio State University.

She joined Calfee in 2022.
