Stephan Lührmann leads the Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Litigation practice groups. With over 15 years of experience, his practice encompasses a wide range of complex legal matters, including commercial and construction arbitration, insolvency proceedings, contractual disputes, and high-stakes regulatory litigation.

Stephan holds a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, in addition to other postgraduate studies.

His expertise is particularly pivotal in complex disputes involving intricate contract interpretation and significant financial exposure. He possesses a deep understanding of both domestic and international arbitration rules.
