Sebastián Barros

Sebastián Barros is a partner in A/C/R's Corporate/M&A team. He has focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions, specializing in transactions related to private equity, energy, infrastructure, and natural resources, enabling him to lead negotiations in some of the market's most significant deals in recent years.

Throughout his career, he has also advised publicly traded companies and issuers of securities on regulatory matters applicable to the issuance, registration, and placement of securities and bonds in Chile and abroad, as well as on the development and implementation of corporate governance practices.

As part of the Energy, Projects, and Infrastructure Group, Sebastián has advised a variety of clients on the development, financing, and construction of energy and infrastructure projects in Chile and internationally.
