Stefan Rating has a PhD in Law and more than 30 years’ experience in the field of Competition and EU law, he is a member of the Barcelona (Spain) and Frankfurt/Main (Germany) Bars. He assists Spanish and many international clients, advising key international and local companies on complex Competition issues, including several landmark cases. He worked at the European Commission for 14 years, i.a. as special assistant to the Director-General at DG Competition and as member of the Commission’s Legal Service.
