Stanford D Baird

Stanford Baird is a partner in the Raleigh office with over 20 years’ experience solving environmental problems. His practice focuses on a broad spectrum of environmental matters, including litigation, regulatory matters, enforcement defense, and environmental aspects of real estate development and business transactions. Stanford regularly represents manufacturing clients on environmental permitting, regulatory, and compliance matters, and he routinely negotiates with state and federal environmental agencies and other environmental stakeholders. Additionally, Stanford handles administrative appeals and oversees environmental due diligence and clean up activities.

Stanford is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction he earned through the Green Building Certification Institute.
