Srinivas' practice is focused on representing private equity funds and multinational corporations in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and strategic investments. He is also involved in some of the most complicated and high stakes cross-border transactions involving India and Indian clients. Notable deals Srinivas has led include the largest leveraged acquisition of an Indian listed company and many of India’s significant outbound acquisitions.
