Career

After traineeship at the Ljubljana Court, Srečo became a sole practitioner in 1984 and took over his father’s Law Office established in 1958. In 1993 Srečo merged his office with the Law Office of Pavle Pensa. Since then, Srečo Jadek is Partner Emeritus and Founding Partner with vast experience in the fields of insolvency law, financial restructurings, complex M&A transactions, finance and corporate law. He has represented several domestic and foreign clients in complex disputes in front of national and international arbitrations. International legal directories rank him amongst the leading Slovenian attorneys.
