Andraž Jadek is a partner and deputy head of the transaction unit at Jadek & Pensa Law Office. He specializes in M&A and other business transactions, corporate and financial restructurings, banking transactions and corporate and energy law. He also advises venture capital funds and young companies and entrepreneurs. He has participated in demanding transactions and restructurings and syndicated loan transactions for domestic and foreign systems and companies. Andraž obtained his Master’s degree in corporate law at the University of New York and has been a member of the Bar Association of Slovenia and New York State, USA, since 2013. International legal directories rank him amongst the most recognised Slovenian attorneys in the field of M&A, banking and capital markets.
