Sophie advises clients on a broad range of family law issues, including divorce and the financial consequences of relationship breakdown, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and disputes between parents over the residence and contact arrangements for children, including applications by one parent for permission to relocate abroad.

Sophie has particular experience representing clients in cases involving inherited wealth, family businesses and complex issues of valuation.

Career

Sophie trained and qualified as a family lawyer at Withers LLP. She also spent two years working as a philanthropy advisor in the High Net Worth team at King’s College London.
