Soojung Lee is a senior foreign legal counsel and Head of International Employment in Yulchon’s Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Lee advises both domestic and foreign multinational companies in relation to all manner of labor and employment matters in Korea, including workforce reduction, employee and executive termination, collective labor relations, discrimination, use of non-regular workers, and general employment-law compliance.
