Sonja Inglin's broad-based environmental law practice includes state and
federal court environmental litigation and related proceedings before
administrative agencies. She regularly advises clients on issues involving
environmental, health and safety requirements and compliance issues under
state, federal and local laws, with a focus on requirements specific to
California (including Proposition 65).
Sonja is also experienced in addressing environmental issues arising out of
the purchase and sale of businesses and real property and successor liability
issues resulting from such transactions.
